This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which Beth & Ella Travels and Tours (“Beth & Ella,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles cancellation requests and refunds for tour packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa assistance services. Please read this Policy carefully before confirming any booking with us.
1.General Cancellation Terms
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@bethandellatravels.com. Verbal or phone cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds and cancellation fees depend on the time of request and the specific rules of the relevant third-party provider (airlines, hotels, or local tour operators). Where third-party rules are stricter than the timelines set out in this Policy, the third-party provider’s rules will apply.
2.Tour Packages & Vacation Bookings
Cancellation fees for tour packages and vacation bookings are calculated based on how far in advance of departure the written request is received:

3.Flight Bookings & Hotel Reservations
3.1 Flight Tickets
Flight ticket cancellations and refunds are subject strictly to the respective airline’s fare rules and cancellation policies, in addition to our service processing fee. Non-refundable promotional tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
3.2 Hotel Reservations
Hotel cancellation charges vary according to each hotel’s individual policy. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are strictly non-refundable.
4.Visa Assistance & Service Charges
4.1 Visa Application Fees
Government and embassy visa fees are 100% non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the visa outcome (approved, rejected, or delayed).
4.2 Service Fees
Agency consultation and processing charges are non-refundable once processing of your application has commenced.
5.Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (Online Gateway or Direct Bank Transfer).
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Beth & Ella Travels and Tours is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways once a refund has been initiated on our end.
6.No-Show & Force Majeure
6.1 No-Show
Failure to arrive for a flight, tour, or hotel check-in results in complete forfeiture with zero refund.
6.2 Unforeseen Events
Beth & Ella Travels and Tours is not liable for cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or flight delays beyond our control.
